Athletic Clearances are through Home Clearance.

The school district is particular about using the proper medical clearance form provided at the athletic clearance website.  If you already have an account set up on Home Campus, you may log in to verify the current status on your child's athletic clearance.  Their status must currently be "Cleared" to participate in practices.  Please note that the attached physical form is for the 2023-24 school year and MAY be changed for the 2024 football season (2024-25 school year).
